Sourdough recipe:

150 grams starter
200 g water
100 g milk
50 g butter
1 tablespoon honey
500 g flour
14 g salt

Mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients. Mix until combined
Cover & rest 30-40 minutes.
Stretch and fold dough in a circle (or just knead a couple minutes) and place in a non-metal bowl.
Put some olive oil evenly on dough ball, cover, and rise anywhere from 3-8 hours until doubled in size.
Shape into rectangle and place in a buttered loaf pan.
Let rise until loaf crowns the rim of the pan - or cold proof (refrigerate overnight)
Preheat oven to 425 f.
Bake bread for 25-30 minutes turning loaf pan about 3/4 way through baking.
Cool at least 1 hour
