Ingredients:
Boiled rice - 2 cups
1 tbsp fenugreek
1 tbsp fennel seed
1/4 tsp cumin seed
10-20 shallots chopped
1 whole garlic
curry leaves
1 coconut scraping
6 cup coconut mik ( 2cups milk for 1 cup rice )
salt as required
3 dried red chilli
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

beef curry:
1.5 kg beef (buffalo meat)
3 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tbsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted fennel seed powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
salt as rquired
2 whole garlic crushed
big pice ginger crushed
4 green chilli split
1 onion sliced
curry leaves

for roasting:
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 dried red chilli
1 onion sliced
curry leaves
