A conversation with Dhairya Nagpal, Next Generation India Fellow and Lead for New Technologies at the UN Foundation.

The Next Generation India Fellowship is a partnership between the UN Foundation and the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW), launched on the sidelines of India's G20 Presidency to bring together India's most promising young leaders under 30 to shape the future of their nation and the world.

Dhairya heads the Product & UX Studio at a Global Enterprise Group, leading 40+ enterprise AI engagements across BFSI, healthcare, and agentic systems. He is a gold medalist in Human-Computer Interaction from Delhi Technological University, and is pursuing Data Science at IIT Madras. His work sits at the intersection of product, responsible AI, and tech policy — he has published research on dark patterns and consent design, co-authored policy reports with the UN Foundation, and spoken at the AIESEC International Congress and GCC Summit 2025.
