Most commercial restrooms use this style, and they are a breeze to rebuild.
The one I work on in the video had a bad diaphragm, and all else was still pretty good, but we rebuild it all as long as we are there. It keeps future repairs to a minimum. Thereby increasing productivity of the maintenance staff.
