Alaska Alone Crossing to POW Island (part 2)

The longest open water crossing of my trip from Gravina Island to Prince of Wales Island. I find the fleet of salmon fishing boats working on the coast of POW when I arrive. As I move down the coast the early afternoon wind and the incoming tide both work against me and I am forced to seek refuge in a rocky tide pool and wait for conditions to improve.
