Keet Exercise Session - SeaWorld San Diego - August 28, 2023

Keet had the longest and most productive training session I watched that day! He worked on several things such as a froggie slide and a little bit of exercise starting at 4:22, including fast swims and aliens. See below for highlights:

0:34 - Keet froggie at stage
1:36 - Keet froggie slide from the slideout
3:24 - Keet distal froggie slide going the other direction!
4:22 - Keet fast swim but he terminates early and hardcore cuts the corner
7:06 - Keet pec-up fast swim, not too shabby!
8:23 - Keet alien at slideout
9:10 - Keet spyhops once!
9:47 - Keet flicker fast swim, he did 2 but I think he needed to do a 3rd
10:48 - Another good Keet alien!
