Virtual Bike Ride 60 Minute for Bike Trainer or Bike Roller

This 60 minute Virtual Bike ride is designed for Power and Strength building and endurance. The Workout will increase intensity and resistance to max power and maximum effort. Remember to Hydrate before, during and after. This one will be as hard as you make it!!! I use this routine on Kreitler Rollers and Cycle Ops trainer.
