Having fun making coffee - Hario DCA-3 Syphon

Making coffee using the Hario DCA-3 Syphon. This was a gift from my Father-in-law and my first coffee syphon. To this day, I still believe this is one of the better (if not best) design from Hario. Really great design and build quality. I also love the 3 cup size. I used the appropriate paper filter for this model, which does change the taste of coffee compare to metal filter.

For this video I only used 150ml of water. For any coffee brewing prep, always weigh the appropriate amount of beans (and water) to the amount of serving.
