COFFEE DATES & SOCIAL ANXIETY: How to Survive | The ADHDiaries

Coffee dates and even socializing in general can be difficult when you're dealing with ADHD or anxiety, especially social anxiety (or even if you're just an introvert like me!). I've struggled with social anxiety since high school and have learned a lot that's allowed me to grow and form true, solid friendships.

I've found many people with ADHD also have anxiety in some form or another. It can be difficult for us to make and keep friends, especially in high-pressure situations. For me, coffee dates are high-pressure! Here are some of my best tips for how to not only survive coffee dates but to enjoy them as well.
