How to find a Teacup puppy overseas!

Yesterday , When I walked my puppy around the neighborhood
A neighbor asked me, where i got the puppy,
because there's a lot scammer website and it's super pricey,
My puppy is a silver poodle, teacup size, i spent $4000 included shipping
and $300 for pick up at the LAX (tax fee)
It took me 3 weeks to receive my puppy from Korea.
Korean Breeder or Pet store has high quality dog such as poodle and some small breed dog, teacups or toy size.
I was searching online for a puppy in United States, they charged me around $6900 for a teacup poodle which is so so so overpriced, one of my friend told me maybe i can find a breeder overseas and they can ship the dog here!
YES! that's what i do , i found a reliable and good review Korean pet store IG , talked to the owner and i got my puppy !
Since she was too small , she need to wait for her first 2 vaccine ( i almost forgot , should be 2 before they can get on a flight), and they need to have exam , check their healthy, when they get the certificated reports to go aboard !
The Korean Pet store updated my puppy daily, with a video and calling her the named i gave to them ! she stayed in a very comfortable "hotel" section = Reserved
and they gave her walk, play time and even a shower before she went to the airport!
everything was so smooth and i really love this experience !!
I don't want to say what store i choose because this article is not an AD
there's more you can find if you have this option keep in your mind
Personally I suggest don't buy from China, because there's a lot scammers too!!!

Last one! please make sure you didn't pay anything before you confirm they are reliable !
when you confirm and ask them to take video daily, if you only see the picture , don't buy it!
if you see the video , please ask them to put your name (maybe on a paper) or your personal request , when you feels they are very nice and can do all those things for you , means the dog are real and it's there available?
i don't suggest you pay someone to find the dog for you , if you are a pet store or website , you will buy the right dog for your store and website because you want to make sure they can sell, but if it's pre order, i don't think they will have the same standard when they choose for you , do you know what i mean?
