Exploring an 1850's Barn & Metal Detecting the Surroundings for Hidden Things & Lost Old Stuff

This week we got access to metal detect an old colonial era house but when we showed up there was a large dumpster in the driveway The homeowner is getting ready to sell the property so after several decades of living there it was finally time to clean out the old barn. He offered us almost anything that was in there in an effort to empty it out, so needless to say we got slightly sidetracked exploring this old structure for quite a while, including metal detecting the floor itself! Once that was done it was off to the surrounding grounds for some grass detecting which left us all with some silver, coins, and cool old relics!
