Sewing Cloth Pads 101 - Upcycled Pads

This video is a tutorial about how to make “upcycled” pads. This means making cloth pads from materials you already have on hand. This is an excellent way to use up old clothing, bed sheets, towels, curtains, jackets, and various other items to save money and reduce waste.
