Soccer Dribbling Workout- Session 1

Here is a great soccer dribbling workout video that you can do virtually anywhere on your own! I do the entire workout with you. It lasts only 20 minutes! We go 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for a total of 20 minutes. Follow along, push yourself, and get out of your comfort zone! Ask yourself, "what's your competition doing right now"?

What you will need: Shoes, soccer ball, 4 cones, and a playing space circumference of only 5 yards!
