the capsule counting and packing machine is having a vibratory feed to feed capsule continuously to rotary disc which firther separate and drop capsule to counting bucket one by one so that the sensor can count it easily and accurately once the preset count is reached the gate flips and all counted itek get dropped in container and cycle continues by counting in another gate
gates opening keep on s2itching for everyfill as ther3 are 2 gates

speed of filling for say 30 count can be appaorx 6 to 8 fill per minute
