How to remove your braces by yourself at home? How can you safely remove all your brackets and wires by yourself?

The answer is you can't! Ok well you can likely remove your braces but removing all the cement and then giving yourself retainers is going to be a challenge ;)

Remember that if you are going to remove your own braces... just don't:) There so many issues you can have if you remove your own braces such as breaking your teeth, leaving composite on your teeth leading to further cavities, and you can't make your own retainers.
