Labyrinth of Touhou 3.01 - Team Unappreciated vs. MANnosuke (Part 2)

The meek shall inherit the Earth.

(To remove the temptation of using Renko, I replaced her with lvl 1 Reimu. Yay, I beat Rinnosuke at Reimu level 1!)

Part 1:

Once again, here's Team Unappreciated:

Meiling (lvl 92)
Minoriko (lvl 94)
Rumia (lvl 94)
Wriggle (lvl 91)
Iku (lvl 88)
Nitori (lvl 90)
Reisen (lvl 87)
Mokou (lvl 86)
Orin (lvl 88)
Maribel (lvl 89)
Keine (lvl 88)
Reimu (lvl 1, filling in for Renko)

Without a doubt, this was the hardest battle yet. I'm seriously underleveled, going in with only 11 viable members, and to make matters worse, Rinnosuke's immune to all status effects and debuffs. That means that the bread and butter of my past victories (debuffs, paralysis, poison) are no longer an option. So how does Team Unappreciated fare in a pure damage race? Well, see for yourself.

Individual character notes:

Meiling: Simply an amazing tank for this fight. Has more than enough HP to survive Rasetsu Fist, and enough DEF and MND to make buffs matter.

Minoriko: Reimu's probably the best healer for this fight, as Rinnosuke uses a lot of multi-target attacks, but Minoriko's still no slouch. She keeps up with the heavy single-target attacks the first form uses, and has enough MND and HP to survive Start of Heavenly Demise even at this level, unlike Sanae.

Rumia: She could have been fantastic, if she didn't eat that random Start of Heavenly Demise near the beginning. After a MAG buff from Iku, Demarcation heals for around 2500 HP, and removes the many debuffs that Rinnosuke can spam in his MYS and WND forms. Can sometimes take over for Minoriko as main healer, especially against the MYS form. A boosted Moonlight Ray does 70k damage to the SPI form.

Iku: Thundercloud Stickleback is just too amazing. As long as you've got a few Para Resistance Rings (or better equipment) lying around, you too can take home this 72% boost to both ATK and MAG! The buff translates to more than double damage with most attacks. Also, with her excellent MND and okay HP, Iku's one of the few characters I have capable of surviving Start of Heavenly Demise, Rasetsu Fist, and Scarlet-Gold Sword. Plus, she puts up good numbers against the NTR form.

Nitori: Still the champ at dealing damage. Rinnosuke's last form resists all elements, so having a non-elemental nuke is a huge boon.

Reisen: All right, be honest. Who here expected her to do over 500k damage throughout this fight? I know I sure didn't. But she can buff herself from 0 to 97% in all stats in less than the time it takes for Minoriko to cast a single cure. Suddenly, her mediocre stats don't look so mediocre.

Wriggle: All right, be honest. Who here expected her to do anything in this fight, much less 220k+ damage total? Even without a single level boost put into her ATK, Butterfly Storm can do some decent damage when backed by Iku's buffs. And Wriggle's great status resistances ensure you won't suffer the drawback. Wriggle was also my backup tank, in case Meiling somehow fell.

Mokou: Not a bad nuker, especially if she gets some buffs. 30k+ damage in one shot to Rinnosuke's final form is pretty good. She could have hit the CLD form for 100k+ if I had an opening (and if Reisen wasn't already doing a fine job). She's also got better survivably than most mages. If you put some of effort into her, she can probably survive Start of Heavenly Demise.

Orin: Similar to Mokou, except faster and without the survivability. I just wish I remembered to outfit her with more status resistance. PAR and debuffs kind of ruined her here. But she's still #1 at clearing floor trash.

Maribel: Similar to Reisen in that she self-buffs, except she uses slower, more powerful nukes. She contributed about 470k damage during the fight, which is quite impressive. I just wish her 75% buff didn't have such a huge delay; Reisen buffs herself to 97% in half the time.

Keine: Hits for about 20k without any stat boosts. Doesn't sound like much, but with that 100% ATK boost she was carrying at the end, she could have done some major damage to Rinnosuke's final form, as her spells are all non-elemental. Too bad she ate that Scarlet Gold Sword. The random stat boosts she threw around also helped. Lastly, she can usually survive Start of Heavenly Demise.
