Two Opposite Categories of Emotional Crying

One article on the chemical composition of tears: https://www.sweye.com/blog/optical-care/the-science-behind-why-we-cry/ [This article, and quite a few others like it, refers to a difference in the composition of emotional versus non-emotional tears (such as tears coming from cutting onions), but does not differentiate between the types of crying I refer to in this video.]

I anticipate that some people might say that I underestimate the value in some drugs or medicines, like ayahuasca, to promote grieving.
