Paneer Pakoda is the answer to all your Iftar prayers. It's crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. Plus, it's ridiculously easy to make, so you can focus on enjoying the festivities rather than slaving away in the kitchen. Trust me, once you try these, you'll be hooked
First, take your paneer and cut it into small cubes. You want them to be bite-sized so they're easy to coat and fry. Next, in a separate bowl, mix together your cornflour,rice flour, spices, and a pinch of salt. You can customize the spices to your taste, but I like to keep it simple with someturmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder.
Now it's time to coat your paneer cubes. Simply toss them in the gram flour mixture until they're evenly coated. Don't be shy – you want a good layer of that spicy goodness.
