Follow me along for a ride to South Carolina to pickup my new to me Fountain Lightning 35' ! I have dreamed of owning a Fountain Powerboat since I first tied up with one years ago and that day has finally come! After searching for weeks for the right boat and many deals falling through on the seller side, I found one Friday morning and was on the road by 1 PM the same day. In this video we go pick it up, do a water test, and then bring it home to give you all a tour of it and also a brief history of Fountain Powerboats and its founder Reggie Fountain. I also explain the hull design of Fountains that helps them achieve speeds that regular V-bottom boats cant.
