When you enter to service you go to "Low Voltage" . For the Gateway hold the right turn signal +Brake for 8 seconds. It took a few reboots. To Program... 1st make sure you have new batteries on remote. 2- remote must be close to bumper 3 open hood 4 if it still fails
REMOVE BLUETOOTH from Phone key. CLOSE and OPEN car with Tesla Keycard and try again.
