वैद्य सत्येंद्र शर्मा जिनकी चार पीढ़ी आयुर्वेद की सेवा में लगी हुई है । जब इन्होंने वैद्य बनने की इच्छा व्यक्त की तब इनके दादा साहेब ने इन्हें सुबह 4 बजे उठकर 21 माला मंत्र जाप करने की आज्ञा दी। 14 साल की उम्र में ये समझना मुश्किल था कि मंत्र जाप का आयुर्वेद की शिक्षा से क्या लेना हो सकता है लेकिन बाद में समझ आया कि अनुशासन, निरंतरता, मेहनत व लक्ष्य की ओर सम्पूर्ण ध्यान की शुरुआत इसी तरह होती है।
