How To Fix a Hole / Crack in Portable Basketball Hoop water Base (Quick & Easy, NO Welding plastic )

Quick video to show you how to fix holes in water filled based for basketball hoops.
Here is what I used: Loctite PL Marine 3 fl. oz. Fast Cure Adhesive Sealant https://www.homedepot.com/p/Loctite-PL-Marine-3-fl-oz-Fast-Cure-Adhesive-Sealant-2020627/206156433
On corner or outside holes even regular hot glue gun will work.
