As retailers, we love visiting inspiring local retail. We always learn so much. As folks from a POS software company (www.towersystems.com.au) we learn plenty, too.

Independent local retail shops are wonderful to visit, learn from and be inspired by. We need more of the in the world. They tell local stories, support the local community and provide wonderful shopping experiences.

This video is about our visit to Apt.4b in early 2023. It's a shop and art installation in Row in Downtown LA (DTLA). It's unique, un-retail and well worth visiting. Apt.4b teaches plenty about experiential retail.
