Did You Binge or are You HUNGRY? Don't Panic in Amenorrhea Recovery
You came home late and were STARVING. You opened the fridge and ate the rest of last night's dinner and maybe a couple of bowls of cereal. That didn't seem to cut it, so there was a half pint of ice cream and a few tortilla chips too. The guilt and shame is overwhelming, plus you are downright TERRIFIED. Don't panic. There is a HUGE difference between Binge Eating Disorder and someone who has been in energy deficit for so long that her body is angry and wants food.
