Name Quota - Number of file + directory count ( SetQuota)
Space Quota - Space of the directoty (setSpaceQuota)

hdfs dfs -count -q -h -v /mkd

hdfs dfsadmin -setSpaceQuota 120 K /mkd
hdfs dfsadmin -clrSpaceQuota /mkd
hdfs dfsadmin -setQuota 10 /mkd
hdfs dfsadmin -clrQuota /mkd
