Dragon's Dogma Intel UHD G1 + i3-1005G1 | Vulkan (Dxvk) | Performance Fix

Dragon's Dogma used the dx9 api and there are some issues with some dx9 based games running on the more recent versions of windows 10 or windows 11. The issues include high cpu usage that leads to high temperatures, performance slowdowns and audio issues. To fix most of the problems listed previously we're using vulkan with the vulkan wrapper dxvk that will fix the abnormal cpu usage for a smother experience. As for the requirements to run dxvk, it will need a vulkan compatible gpu, so an intel hd 520 or up will be needed.
