Part 2 Installing Bell & Gossett boiler pump

Hello all Rob here with the installation of the Bell & Gossett 1/6 hp boiler pump. The boiler pump flange was bigger than the old flange The boiler had on it. I had to cut and heat the old boiler flange to get it off the pipe. I used pipe tape to put the new Bell & Gossett flanges on the pipe leading into the boiler. I had to put a new pressure relief valve to refill the boiler because the old one was clogged with sediment.
