Multigrain Ladoo | Millet Ladoo Recipe | Healthy Ladoo Recipe | Millet Recipe

Easy to make, healthy, nutritious ladoo recipe using millet flours.

INGREDIENTS:
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Bajra flour – 1 cup
Jowar flour – 1 cup
Green moong flour – ¾ cup
Gram flour / besan – ¾ cup
Powdered Sugar – 2.5-3 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder – ½ teaspoon
Ghee – as needed

RECIPE:
1. In thick bottomed vessel, take all the flours. Roast on medium flame.
2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of ghee and keep roasting till aromatic.
3. Cool to room temperature.
4. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Mix evenly.
5. Add ghee gradually as needed, enough to roll into ladoos.
6. Roll the mixture into ladoos of desired size.
