Yesterday I was at Monza Circuit for an Alfa Romeo meeting held in order to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Auto Delta, the acing department of Alfa Romeo for over 20 years. One of the race cars, I saw there, was this amazing 1990 March - Alfa Romeo 90CA-003 car. It raced in the now dead CART championship (Championship Auto Racing Teams) without any particularly brilliant results. The car is moved by the last evolution of the Alfa Romeo M191 2.5 liter turbocharged V8 engine which is able to produce around 700hp @ 11500 rpm and the top speed it should be quite over 400 km/h.
In this video you can see some details of the car and the engine and then you can hear the sound of the Alfa Romeo V8.
