Devin is one of the powerhouse singers who is not only able to "just" distort his voice, but Devin can also maintain a melody (melodic value) while doing so!

This is very unlike those who "growl" which usually has no defining melodic value.

Devin hails from Canada and has enjoyed a big career since about 1994.
