Child stuck in drain ditch after leg falls through gap

A young boy was brought to tears after his right leg got stuck in the gap in a concrete storm drain cover. Adults rushed to comfort him and tried to get him freed. One person even entered the drain to assist from below while others worked together to free him from above. Thankfully, the boy was successfully rescued with only minor redness and swelling on his thigh.
