PEF, in partnership with the Escaping the Middle-Income Trap Chains-for-Change (EMIT C4C), conducted a learning session last May 3, 2019. The event sought to understand the current state of agricultural enterprises in the Philippines, and to gain new perspectives in examining agricultural value chains.
