Rescue two puppies preparing to sell into the slaughterhouse in the hot sun

We ran into a woman on the road with a bicycle. On her cart were two strange looking puppies, when we approached them, they were tied with arms and legs, they were tired as if they wanted to faint. The woman said she had been selling them since early morning but no one bought them. She sells at too high a price. And now she's going to sell them to the slaughterhouse to grow and kill. She usually does the same with the puppies that the mother dog gives birth to
Poor two puppies, we have to rescue them.
