Bean Diet - I ONLY ate Baked Beans for 3 days! This is what happened - Ep.4

Living on only tin baked beans idea came up from a viewer and I said I don't mind baked beans, let's do it! I calculated my calorie and protein requirements to find out how much baked beans I had to eat. I only needed to eat 8 cans of baked beans per day! All looked good on paper, so started the experiment. I was also happy to do a 3 day challenge that involved higher carbs for once.
Baked beans are known to be high fiber and high protein as well, so I had good expectancies from this diet. Maybe the baked beans were the SUPERFOOD that I was looking for to add into my daily diet.
I workout almost everyday. I wanted to see if baked beans would turn me into a superman in 3 days or make me weak and grumpy. Watch the video to see how it all went.
