Disc Cleanup Crew (MMPs) + 3 Intervertebral Ligaments & Their Most Common Pathologies (Live lecture)

In this video, which is a live lecture, we will discuss the enzymes (i.e., Matrix metalloproteinases) that help clean up disc injuries (e.g., Stromelysin). We will also discuss in depth the three intervertebral ligaments (anterior longitudinal ligament, posterior longitudinal ligament, and ligamentum flavum) and their most commonly associated pathologies (DISH, Paracentral Disc Herniation, and Central Spinal Stenosis, respectively).

This was the live lecture for spinal anatomy, week #7, Winter, 2022.
