Burrowing Owl at Arizona Audubon's Rio Salado Center
This is one of the Burrowing Owls rescued by Arizona Audubon and taken to the habitat they created at their Rio Salado Center in Phoenix. The owls were displaced by development. Arizona Audubon created burrows for them and used the black PVC piping you see to give them access.
