Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground Flaxseed
- Pinch of Salt
- 1.5 cups Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
2. In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, flaxseed, and salt.
3. Add almond milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Mix well.
4. Pour into a greased baking dish (8x8 inch recommended).
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like yogurt, nuts, or extra maple syrup!
