20 back leg lifts right leg
10 side leg lifts right leg
20 back leg lifts left leg
10 side leg lifts left leg
20 knee-ups right leg
10 open close leg right leg
20 knee-ups left leg
10 open close leg left leg
1 minute squats
10 standing lunges right leg
10 standing lunges left leg
1 minute up down squats
1 minute wall sit with arms
