ZOOM - Show host toolbar controls during screen share

In a Zoom meeting, when you share your screen, your Zoom window and meeting control toolbar is not included in the screen share. If you are training users to use Zoom, especially hosting a meeting, you may wish to include them. This is a great feature if you are showing someone else how to use the features of Zoom. To make the window and control toolbar show, you must configure BOTH the browser and the Zoom app.

Steps to Show Zoom Windows and Meeting Control Toolbar in a Meeting

1) Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2) In the navigation menu, click Settings.
3) In the In Meeting (Basic) section, make sure "Show Zoom windows during screen share" is enabled. By default, it is turned off. This setting will allow the setting to appear in the desktop client.

4) Sign out of the Zoom desktop client and sign back in.
5) Click your profile picture then click Settings.
6) Click the Share Screen tab and make sure Show Zoom windows during screen share is enabled.
