What to do when you can't get along with your parents? Spiritual Teacher Rupert shares his advice in this video. According to Rupert we first have to see that our parents are just playing out their conditioning. So it is nothing personal. When we see that we stop blaming our mother or father for their behaviour and we take the blame and judgement out of the situation. The second thing is to accept the fact that - as for now - we cannot love or accept our parents. So we should stop blaming ourselves that we have resentment against our parents.
Combining these two advices will help to improve our relationship and make peace with our parents.
