How old is Liz supposed to be? The inequality between minifigure and minidoll sizes

Are micro dolls really that great? I mean, they are hella cute and all, but they're also kind of useless *ducks for cover*. That being said though, I'm glad they exist. I just want another option too - a child minidoll. Minifigures have them, when will minidolls get a comparable counterpart? In the meantime, I'll just keep hacking minidolls apart to make my own child-sized minidoll. But wouldn't it be nice if Lego would just make one??? We also take a look at Andrea's House and family and plan for the future......

I tend to geek out about new pieces, interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble.
