Does skateboarding help your surfing? The thought has probably come across your mind at least once or twice.When you live in Florida on the East Coast, the surf can be...sporadic. Skateboarding gives you a consistent wave to practice on when the surf conditions just aren’t that great. We head to the oldest private skatepark in the country to test that theory out!

All techniques shown in this video are applicable on a standard skateboard, but I think Surf skates are great tools to specialize your surf training. In this video I'm riding the Carver Skateboards C7 truck setup with a Santa Cruz Deck.
