Foil Pack Dinners: $20 Meals for 4

Empanada Pack Ingredients:
1 package Great Value already pulled chicken
1/2 bag mini red potatoes, diced small
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper
1 jar Great Value white corn & black bean salsa
2 Great Value pie crust, cut in half

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a large bowl mix together chicken, potatoes, salt & pepper. Mix in salsa.
3. Lay out pie crust circles & cut in half.
4. Lay filling off to one side of each pie crust circle & fold crust in half.
5. Press edges together, lay on foil & fold foil over.
6. Bake for 30-40 min or until crusts are done, flipping occasionally.

Cajun Pack Ingredients:
Sam’s Choice andouille sausage, cut into coins
1 Tbsp. Great Value cajun seasoning
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 can Great Value red beans
1/2 bag Marketside gold potatoes, cut into coins
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Tear 4 large sheets of foil.
2. In a large bowl add sausage, onion, potatoes & red beans.
3. Toss with Cajun seasoning & olive oil.
4. Divide ingredients between foil, fold & bake 25-35 min.
5. Garnish with fresh herbs & serve

Buffalo Wing Pack Ingredients:
1 bottle Great Value medium wing sauce
1 Great Value ranch packet
2-3 Marketside boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 bag Great Value crinkle cut fries
2-3 large carrots, sliced
2-3 large celery stalks, sliced

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. Tear 4 large sheets of foil.
2. Combine wing sauce & ranch packet in a large bowl, stir & add chicken.
3. Separate evenly onto each foil sheet.
4. Add a handful of crinkle-cut fries. Fold up foil.
5. Bake 20-30 min or until chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve with fresh cut carrots & celery
