MACHINING OF COMPOSITE BRAKE DISCS-RASOMA

Vertical machining on both sides of large diameter perforated brake discs achieved in a single cell with robotic articulation. Machine includes full measuring station to gage disc thickness and diameter for proper hole patterning, plus loading and unloading carousels and tool changers, all controlled by CNC.
