What's My Line? - A Tribute to Debbie Reynolds [CLIPS VIDEO]

2016 continues to be a thoroughgoing joy right to the bitter end, with the recent news of the sudden and unexpected deaths first of Carrie Fisher, then hours later, of her mother Debbie Reynolds. Both, truly, were beloved figures to countless millions of people across all generations. Debbie was, in fact, voted as one of the top ten all-time favorite mystery guests in the 17 year history of WML by the members of our Facebook group. This video is in tribute to them both.

I always think it's good, rather than just wallowing in sadness when a beloved celebrity passes, to spend some time remembering the joy that these folks brought to our lives by revisiting performances like these from when they were in their prime, as Debbie certainly was in her classic WML appearances. I defy anyone not to laugh at Debbie's vocal pyrotechnics in these clips.

R.I.P., Debbie and Carrie. You will both be missed.
