This is my little brother Ismail. He was over weight for his age at 14 years old when we decided to make a change. He trained with consistent determination to loose the excess weight he had. Within months of beginning his training and weight loss journey, he had lost many pounds. You can see the clear difference in the video from when he started and how he is now.
