Dagestanian Traditional Nettle Dumplings "Kurse" - Дагестанское курзе с крапивой

Today we are cooking an old traditional, very tasty and easy to make meal from my home place Dagestan (Russia) which is really healthy and you can easily do at home with nettles outside your own doorstep! Be sure to pick them with gloves and only at rather untouched areas to pick only the cleanest leafs.
