TAWA KALEJI Special Eid Recipe with subtitles

Eid ul Adha and Kaleji are attached together and this one is a Special Tawa Kaleji Recipe for a Special Occasion. Let's add this one into our meat recipes and make it together.

Ingredients:

1 kg of mutton liver (cut into 0.5-0.75 inch pieces)
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon of crushed coriander
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
2 tablespoons of (crushed) ginger-garlic paste
1/4 cup of oil
1/2 a teaspoon of salt.
Juice from 1 lemon
