Onboard Monarch Airlines flight ZB745 from Funchal Airport on the island of Madeira back to London Gatwick on Monday 20th March 2017. A rather blustery evening, with the wind increasing as the evening progressed. But this A321 made easy work of it, straight onto RWY05 and a rapid climb away, up through the clouds and on course for the UK. This was filmed from seat 8F and the aircraft reg. was G-OZBR.

I didn't film the arrival in Gatwick for 2 reasons, first I'd not got much space left on my memory card after the day of spotting at Funchal and secondly it was dark and the weather wasn't great.
