Hey guys. So today I wanted to show you how to install and use ExpressVPN on amazon fire tv stick devices. So amazon fire stick has a content geoblocking. And unfortunately, this means you're only allowed to watch certain content in certain regions where that content is licensed. Fortunately, there is an easy solution, and that is by using a good VPN. And so again, today, I wanted to show you how to use my favorite VPN ExpressVPN. Because it's the best at being able to unblock geo restrictions, and so specifically how to get it to work on a fire stick device. So the reason ExpressVPN is, or one of the reasons it's my favorite VPN is because its usability, speed, and reliability.

So by usability, meaning you can use it without having to go through separate interfaces to get to where you want, it's very user friendly. Also, from a speed standpoint, all VPNs are going to lower your connection speed, at least a little bit. It's just the physics of having to connect through an additional server. And that's what gives you the geo geo, or gives you the ability to unblock your geographical restrictions. Well, there's two good ways to install it on fire stick devices, you can either download the VPN directly from the Amazon store, or sideload, the APK. So downloading ExpressVPN from the App Store is the better method for most people because it guarantees you're getting the correct version, and it enables automatic updates. However, if you can't use the app store, it is possible to sideload the Express VPN APK onto your fire TV device. So first how to install ExpressVPN app from the Amazon store.

So if you want to download ExpressVPN from an official source with minimal risk, you should use the Amazon store. This will install the latest version of the app. It's been checked for malware, and of course any other criminal activity, and it's enabled for automatic updates. So step one, you want to click the magnifying glass in the magnifying glass icon in the Amazon store. To download ExpressVPN from the Amazon store, go to the Amazon home screen and click the magnifying glass in the top left corner. This will open the search bar. Step two, search for ExpressVPN. So you'll type ExpressVPN into the Amazon search bar and select the first result. Step three, download ExpressVPN.

So now you'll click on the download button to install the Express VPN application on your firestick. Step four, open the app to set up the VPN. So after you after installing the app, you want to click the Open button. This will allow you to set up and use ExpressVPN. And that's basically all there is to it now to sideload, the ExpressVPN APK on fire stick or on fire TV stick. Sometimes again, you'll the app won't appear in the Amazon store. It won't download correctly, or you just don't want to go through Amazon. So either way, your next option here is to sideload the APK. And so this means rather than downloading the app from a distributor, you're getting and using an installer from the developers.
